ALL HOMEOWNERS considering a change to their homes exterior, the exterior side of any window treatment, or common area, must submit an architectural change request for review and approval by the board before any work can begin. Certain repairs may also require obtaining permits and guidance from Kidder Township (570-722-0321) so please keep that in mind during your repair.
Common Areas shall be maintained by the HOA.

Bathroom and dryer vents: Must match siding color and be flush mount 5” by 5”. Exterior lights: must be uniform to exterior replacement must match. Drain lines and Pipes: must also be enclosed and painted to match siding. The PVC piping should not be longer than 5” in diameter.
