Noise
Trash
Garbage: Please dispose of your garbage properly in the dumpsters. It is recommended you open your trash bags and dump your garbage directly into the dumpster to avoid it being dragged by the bear. Please make sure the dumpster lid is closed and locked. No illegal dumping allowed. Fees and fines will be assessed for misuse of garbage.

Maintenance Requests
All maintenance requests including water filter replacement requests, pool passes and general maintenance requests can be made using this form. Water filters are to be changed every 6 months and will be supplied by the homeowners association. If you need someone to change your water filter, a $25 dollar fee will be charged.
Pool passes and pool codes will be issued to all homeowners. If you are in need of a replacement pool pass, a fee of $35 dollars will be charged.

Rental Information
Attention Rental Units:
The board kindly requests that you inform the association of your rental intentions. Please submit a rental usage form for each rental, prior to the rental date. Failure to provide this information will result in termination of rental access (for the specified duration) to amenities.
In addition, to ensure the safety of our community, rental units will be limited to 8 amenity passes with a charge of $10 for each additional renter. Please be sure to provide your renters with the Renter Visitor Guidelines for general maintenance, up keeping and amenity usage. It is strongly encouraged that you register any renter's staying in your home.
