Please view our recreation guide. Home owners and their renter's must sign a liability form before using the pool, clubhouse or amenities. Only members in good standing are able to access amenities.
Community Improvement Responsibilities
Please adhere to the rules of the association in order to prevent Fees and Fines that will be enforced. Read and Review our Deeds Violation Procedures
Community Courtesy
Please refer to Kidder Township for all regulations governing our community in addition to Harmony Ridge Ordinances.
Noise
No noise shall occur between the hours of 11:00 pm to 7:00 am however for this quiet community, noise between the hours of 10:00 am to 10:00 pm is preferred. A fine of $100.00 will be assessed for each violation.
Trash
Dispose of your garbage properly in the dumpsters. It is recommended you open your trash bags and dump your garbage directly into the dumpster to avoid it being dragged. Closed and lock the lid. No illegal dumping allowed. Fees and fines will be assessed for improper garbage disposal and dumping.
Fireworks
PROHIBITED. Any violation by a homeowner or rental will result in a fine.
Pets
Dogs must be leashed at all times and pick up pet waste to avoid fines.
