Please refer to Kidder Township for all regulations governing our community in addition to Harmony Ridge Ordinances.
Noise Policy
No excessive or unreasonable noise shall occur between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. To help maintain the quiet character of the community, residents are encouraged to limit noise-generating activities to the hours of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM whenever possible. A fine of $100.00 will be assessed for each violation of this policy.
Trash Disposal Policy
All residents are required to dispose of household garbage properly in the designated dumpsters. To help prevent animals from accessing trash, it is recommended that bags be opened and contents emptied directly into the dumpster. All lids must be closed and secured after use. Illegal dumping is strictly prohibited. Fees and fines will be assessed for any improper garbage disposal or unauthorized dumping.
Fireworks Policy
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited within the community. Any violation by a homeowner, tenant, or guest will result in a fine.
Pet Policy
All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outside. Pet owners are required to promptly clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. Failure to comply may result in fines.
